A Moment's Rant.

GRRR! I am actually having a CREATIVE / WRITER'S BLOCK for 3 weeks! I went beyond the deadline. Hopefully there wouldn't be any deduction on the payment. I need to write 3 articles but here I am blogging. I've already read several internet stuffs but I still can't come up with the right ideas. I need to finish my part time job. I need to finish this before Monday.

Don't Burn Bridges.

I actually proved that right.

After a month of dilemma, I finally made up my mind on where to go when I resigned from my former department because of personal reasons. I was supposed to leave my present company for another and in fact it's one of our company’s client. Indeed a small world in the media industry. Since I can’t simply leave my previous work and responsibilities because it’s deadline week, I declined the job opening on the other company and I just decided to take the exam on another department (same company). Luckily I was given the opportunity to transfer last May 26 but here’s the catch…I saw the other company’s employee/officer in my office. I was caught in a very awkward situation but I greeted her politely. I was so glad that I have clear conscience because I've told them the real reasons as to why I didn’t push through on transfering on their company.
It’s really a necessity to leave at least good impressions on companies where we work for future purposes.

Incognito.

Incognito. It is sometimes an advantage on the internet because revealing your identity on blogs could be used against you. Anybody can accidentally hit your page. Some would even intentionally search you. We will never know.

One of my closest friends was viciously pestered/attacked by a stupid insecure bitch who’s quite bored with her life. The bitch left so many nasty and insulting comments and also tried to hide her identity causing confusion to all of us on who that person was.

We tried defending our friend and we could actually end up in cyber war until we find out who she really was. But to end all the hullabaloos, my friend just changed her blog url because she realized that it has to stop and we’re all just wasting our time.

I can’t simply comprehend why there are people who become so happy on being such an internet nuisance. That person even found delight on saying demoralizing things. I wonder what she gained from doing such.

For that person who pestered my friend, ( in case you pass by this blog) you are not only a stupid insecure bitch. You are also a psycho. Create your own blog and tell the world how you hate my friend. We would not even care because we won’t be reading your nonsense blog. LOL!

His Gift of Friendship.

I was dumbfounded when I heard the shocking news last May 2. One of my childhood friends was accidentally hit by a bus while driving his motorcycle. I saw him on tv and I wasn’t able to believe that he’s already gone. I texted his sister, trying to say consoling words even though I know that I can never ease the pain at the moment. I never thought that the day we bumped into each other on our street would be the last time I’m going to see him.
He’s the type of person who has his own tactics of getting your attention. I should say that I love the way he joked around. He also possessed a mixture of arrogance with cuteness and not actually hating him. I have happy thoughts of him during our childhood days especially when his family still live across our house. I had this terrible crush on him when I was in 2nd year highschool and even gave him a letter which he kept for years and was read by his long-time girlfriend who also became my friend and how we laughed about it while trying to recall all our fond memories of him.
I just wanted to write about him. Not because I had a crush on him but I have discovered the he was blessed with a gift of friendship. He was actually like a politician/celebrity on his wake. If you’ve only seen so many people regardless of the different status in life who wanted to see him even for the last time. He was so loved by the people even the humblest sampaguita vendor and the “tambays” on our street. Each one has a story to tell on how good person he is. I was teary eyed because by that, you can see how he lived his life. He was a small man with a very big heart.
The only regret I have was the time I didn’t spend with him because of my busy schedule. I considered him my friend and an extension of the family so we all mourned when we lost him. Everything happened unexpectedly so he left a message that we should value life and the people we love while we still have them.

May he find eternal peace in God’s arms…
